Create a Critter challenge

I did this card for my BIL for Christmas.

After I draw his face, I decided to order the PKS.

I used cuttlebug folder to embossed the Christmas tree.

Hearty Night!!!

According to my brother: My husband and me! I knew he was going to say that when I was putting the pieces together, so definitely, don't they look cute?

This "card topper" was created for the Cricut Chaos Cartridge Challenge (CCCC) #2.

The cartridge to be used is Mini Monster

The O in the word LOVE has a 3D heart from Rainy Drops.
I chalked the paper to emphasize on the 3D hearts and then decided to add more color on the background. The paper has glittery gray chalk, that's why I named the card "Hearty Night"

I want her to look very feminine and girly. I decided to add hearts to her antennas and a flower

Have a "WHALE" of a time

This is for a challenge on the Tacky Tuesday Cricut, week #2.

This week, we were asked to use the whale on Create a Critter or any whale from any Cricut cartridge. We also need to use the word "whale" on the card.

I started looking for phrases or idioms and found "Have a whale of a time" and decided to add a luggage.

I used pieces of scrap paper but I also used Hobby Lobby gems, Oriental Trading Paper, Chalk, Peachy Keen Stamps, Acrylic paint.

Cartrdiges used:

Create a Critter
Lyrical Letters
Designs Calendar

Have a Whale of a Time

I was thinking of someone going on vacation

She is so beautiful!

I like how happy the dots make the card look, specially for an ocean theme

Some previews from LO

clean LO: pictures and the ribbon

the baby dress was beige and gray, very similar to the paper on the right. The dress also have peach ribbon and "tul" and a lovely bow.

I Love the effect of the baby "catching" the butterfly

"Lettuce" keep in touch

Isn't she beautiful? She is from the Freshly Picked cartridge.

I used an old phone, the cut is from Wall Decor and More cartridge.

Peachy Keen Stamps

This idea came from Tacky Tuesday, the Scrappy Queen (they also have a group on Facebook). I couldn't participate because of the deadline, I have the idea on my mind and have to complete the project

I have a lot of fun creating the card. I used these Freshly Picked for the lettuce and the word, Give a Hoot, Alphalicious, Cuttin Up, and Wall Decor and More for the phone.
I know the flowerish paper is from DCWV and the other are scraps I had at the house. For the dots, I use an embossing tool from Fiskars, it has 2 different sizes, I got the idea from the Spa I get my nails done
